Average office occupancy levels in the UK fell by over ten percentage points, from 20.8% the previous week, to 10.7% in the week ending Friday 17 December, the lowest figure recorded since June, according to the latest data released by Remit Consulting.

Half-term week in England saw a marginal fall in the average occupancy rate of offices across the country, according to the latest research from Remit Consulting.
According to the management consultant’s Return Report, the average occupancy rate fell to 19.9% (against 20% the previous week).

The firm's latest return report shows that, last week, the National average for the volume of office workers at their desks, on a daily basis, reached 22%, a rise of 1.8 percentage points compared to the previous week (20.2%).
